Key responsibilities:
• Manages multiple warehouse sites focusing on the inventory value and internal process
• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
• Plans, directs and controls the operation of the warehouse through subordinate supervision ensuring smooth and seamless dispatches
• Monitor Inward / Outward and Inventory Counting across all Warehouses.
• Standardized Layouts and Infrastructure for enabling high utilization of facilities across businesses, reducing cost, and increasing service level predictability.
• Leading a team of operations executives and setting KPIs for the team
• Customer service oriented, detail focused, pro-active behaviour, multi-task capability.

• Responsible for the overall management of Warehouse. Accountable for safety, cleanliness. Accountable for establishing a process around FIFO, Inventory accuracy. Ensure appropriate stock management policies, complying with accounting and financial rules.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, and logistics operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions quickly.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Excellent organizational skills and Hands on SAP

We are looking for an effective Warehouse Manager to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
